DIVISIONS

"Divisions; they determine who you are and your ability to serve the Empire."

This is a brief overview of the RID Command Structure.  For the most part, the command structure is hierarchical.  The guild leader (Lexx) is at the top of the structure.  Beneath the guild leader are the three divisions: the Combat Division, the Combat Support Division, and the Crafting Division. 

The Combat Division contains members who have combat oriented professions.  The Combat Support Division basically supports the Combat Division.  Members who are doctors and entertainers can be found in this division.  The Crafting Division contains the crafters of the guild.  Each division is headed up by a Division Commander who reports directly to the guild leader and basically run their respective division.

The Combat Division contains the majority of members in RID.  Because of this, the Combat Division contains six Squads.  Each squad contains a Squad Leader Captain (SLC) who runs the squad.  The remaining troops in the Combat Division are then split up into the six squads.  The SLC's run their respective squads and report directly to the Combat Division Commander.

Also, all members in RID have mail privileges.  This means everyone in the guild can send out guild-wide mails in SWG.  However, this is a privilege, not a right.  This privilege will be revoked if it is abused.  All SLC's have the ability to sponsor new members.  All Division Commanders can sponsor and admit new members into RID.  The Guild Leader has all of these privileges as well as the ability to remove members.
